You will leave with everything you need to hydrate effectively.

Chronic illnesses are largely new to mankind. In fact, diseases such as cancer, diabetes and fibromyalgia have been termed modern diseases because they were relatively rare until around 300 years ago. So what happened? Food industrialisation! A lot of us do not eat real foods, but edible food like substances. This session aims to go back to the basics of nutrition for optimal health….because food is medicine. We’ll discuss healthy sources of carbs, fats, protein, fibre, vitamins & minerals and how to build nutritionally balanced meals without breaking the bank or spending hours in the kitchen. You will leave the session feeling inspired and super clear on what to do next to best fuel your body.

The most underrated and overexploited foundation to health. We might think we sleep well, but have we actually had restorative sleep? We’ve created a society in which the more we do the better we are. But this generally neglects health. In this session we’ll cover what you can do throughout your day to optimise your sleeping hours. For improved energy, brain function, repair and much more. You’ll get all the info you need to get started in a takeaway bag of essentials.

Movement

In today's modern world of technology, we’ve become less mobile than ever before.  This has a significant impact on our society’s health and wellbeing with increased cases of heart disease, a decline in mental health and obesity since the pandemic.

On average our population moves just 2 to 3 hours in a 24 hour day but how can we increase this with so little time?  And where do we start if our fitness levels have declined due to illness or for women, due to the menopause?

In this session you will learn how to upgrade your fitness and health regime by combining easy and effective movement at home and at work.

You will leave our session with our Back to Basic workout sheet and 3 effective on-line workouts  to use at home, plus a little something to elevate your fitness and keep you moving throughout the day.

Join our encouraging and supportive community to keep you accountable  every step of the way…
